The @One Signature Property delivers the complete wellness circuit: sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, rest zones, fire pit, walking paths, yoga & meditation platform, and nourishment spaces — all within a private, nature-immersed setting.
Construction is prefabricated — delivering design integrity, cost control, and build-time precision that traditional construction cannot match.

The @One team is actively evaluating sites in the Catskills and Hudson Valley region. Every candidate site is measured against a precise set of criteria.
